     my autel md802 is stop communication  with all the vehicles i connect it too, i got a new cable same thing  i format the SD card and reinstall software and  im still having this problem its says tester not communicating with the control unit
    make sure the ignition is switched on 
    check the cables between the tester and the vehicle DLC
    check that the vehicle battery is charge 
    verify if the system is configured for the vehicle
    please help me thanks.................................

     Hmm, sounds like the md802 is defective.
